Joseph Guerrera's artisanal panettone
As winter approaches, Joseph can't wait to get to work to prepare his favorite dessert: homemade panettone. He has created a true collection with lots of different flavors and incredible combinations: hazelnuts and dark chocolate, pistachios and pistachio cream for garnish, ruby chocolate and cherries, candied fruit and raisins.
